SUBSCRIPTIONS
- When a subscription is purchased, access to its features will commence the following month
- There are no refunds on subscription payments that have already processed
- Moonbeams and Stargazer subscriptions minimum 2 month commitment, cancel anytime after
- Earth Empath and Flower Power subscription minimum 3 month commitment, cancel anytime after
- Subscription payment is a monthly direct debit, please ensure you have the correct funds available. If payment is failed, you will be notified via email and a further 2 payment tries will occur. If all payment tries fail, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and your access to the private Instagram account will cease at the end of your last paid month.
- Subscription prices are subject to change, active subscription customers will be notified prior to any changes
- You will be asked to make an account login upon purchase, please make a note of these login details as they will be used by you to edit/cancel subscriptions in the future
- Weekly VIP lives will be held every Monday night 7.30pm AEST, on the rare occasion we have to change this live date, we will notify you via the VIP Instagram page prior with the alternate date.
- Bi monthly group zoom sessions for Moonbeams + Stargazers are combined held within the first half of the month
- Moonbeams 1:1 phone calls will be booked throughout the month, if appointment is not attended by the subscriber or we are not notified with minimum 24hr notice the 1:1 cannot be rescheduled and will be forfeited for that month.
- Online questions need to be submitted by the second week of the month, and can take a two week turn around to get back to you. Questions can be related to anything from learning to personal questions. If questions aren't submitted within the current month they don't roll over
- Earth Empath once a month zoom live learning lesson held within the first half of the month
PAYMENT PLANS FOR COURSES
- When a course has an upfront one off payment option as well as a payment plan, the combined total of the payment plan will be dearer than the one off payment. Please read the course descriptions carefully and calculate the total cost when deciding which payment method to choose.
- Course payments (upfront and payment plans) are non refundable and cannot be cancelled
PSYCHIC READINGS
- Online bookings are a NON REFUNDABLE deposit, the remaining fee will be due the week prior to your reading appointment.
Reading appointments are for a 50 minute reading with Ashlyn. You are welcome to record your reading, or to take notes, as this is something Ashlyn does not offer, but is fine with you doing so. No additional information is needed, if you want to bring in photos or items during your reading, please feel free to do this.
Readings bookings can be in person or via Zoom on Tuesdays to Fridays within business hours
- If you can no longer attend your booked appointment date, there needs to be 48 hours notice given, otherwise FULL FEE will be charged.
- You will be notified the Monday prior to your booking to confirm your appointment via contact number provided or via messenger, this confirmation will have banking details for the remaining fee to be paid prior to your appointment.
